Thanks to anyone and everyone who visits my little blog Bullpen, Baseball & Sock Talk! So Mark 0 even though my blog didn’t have a great August (sadly, work seems to be getting in the way) I still would like to see where it ended up! When are you coming out with August leaders?? 🙂 (I know, I’m not patient! lol!)

Thanks Jen! It’s on deck…hang in there and thanks for your patience…

LOL! I’ve never been a patient person! So don’t mind me … except I will probably continually ask every month! LOL! Thank you! 😀

As you all know the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has taken a firm root in our culture right now. I have been called out and completed 2 Ice Bucket Challenges getting called out by my old team (Colts) and College Coach (Baylor).
Did a blog post about a week ago with celebrity Ice Bucket Challenges and have slowly replaced them with Tampa Bay Rays players, Radio announcers, the Rays Team and even our mascot Raymond.
So, do you have it in you?

Yay! Made it to the Top 50 in the Fans category! Hope to stay there for a while…

Wow, there are some great blogs up there! Hopefully, my blog will make it one day…

Congrats to everyone who made the list! I also echo what Tiffany at Redbird Fever suggested; I miss the ability to search for blogs based on team affiliation. It was a great way for me, back in the day, to find sites to follow.

Thank you very much for visiting the Canuck Cubbie and the incredibly journey of baseball’s biggest drought.

Thanks to all the people that have visited my little Blue Jays Blog, I’ve been at it not quite two years and am amazed with how well the site has done.

Hey Mark….is there still a place where you list all the blogs by team affiliation? I would love to know if there’s anyone else still blogging about the best team in baseball….GO CARDINALS!

I´m very grateful to all the fan who have kindly visit my humble blog (5. Dedicado al Baseball). Best regard.

Wow I moved up to #24! Thank you to everyone who has checked out my MLBlog Bumgarner Snotrockets. I’m grateful that there are others out there who share my sense of humor 🙂

Thanks for supporting the Fro. Let’s go Oakland!!!

Reblogged this on Pepper :a Mets Blog and commented:
I’m so thankful to all the Fans who take the time and read my blog. Being a member of the MLBlogs community and the Top 10 is a dream come true. I am happy to be the youngest Mets fan blogger in the Latest Leaders for July. #PepperMets ranked at #10 in July.

Wow! Been an amazing month. and I have ALL OF YOU to thank. Best month EVER for the old Tilted Cap with over 97,000 page views.
I feel blessed to write about the game and have such great people stop by all the time and comment, click “Like” and enjoy my little sometimes twisted points of view.
Sure this month I had to say farewell to David Price and his sidekick Astro, but I got to revel and smile at the antics of O.Possum and hearing “Careless Whispers” as a walk-up song while visiting in Oakland.
Baseball is so magical.
Thank you again for the outstanding amount of “page love”, and look forward to visiting more blogs this month and meeting even more of you through your love for this game.

Way cool that you came to Oakland!! We definitely have some very unique things that we do … from the Bernie Lean two seasons ago to our Rally O.Possum this year! Glad you enjoyed it! See the Coli isn’t as bad as people make it out to be! It’s home for us! ….(you didn’t go into he bathrooms down by the bullpen right? LOL! I sit behind the A’s bullpen and those have to have the worst plumbing in the whole place … sad but true).

I actually played football in that stadium a few times and the locker areas were ( back then) intimidating. Always an interesting visit when I hit that park. I actually had a friend, Scott Hemond play there in the late 80’s and he was featured with Eck in a Richard Marks video….
