** on the strength of one paragraph that included a reference to “Mark McGraw”

Hey Mark, thank YOU for the feature. It, unfortunately, was a much need bright spot in my day. I, for the most part, finished a monster blog entry that centered around the Nationals, but the big trade made today changed everything. So first I was like this :-S, but then I was like this :-J. So thanks, and Jim Bowden has perplexed me once again.

I finished No. 31 on the MLB PRO BLOGS list! 🙂

Why should Trevor Hoffman stay in San Diego? Find out:

My team wins the WS and I get #2 on the board! What a year this has been! Thanks so much for visiting :O) I just started a series for the offseason where I will be writing about some of the oddities of baseball…1st post is up now! Will be posting full articles at both sites…thank again! Keep on blogging :O)

Sweet is right! I stayed in the top five for another week! It’s really gratifying to know I’m entertaining people, giving them a little laugh with my zany posts. Thanks for reading, everybody, and please come back!

Sweet, I jumped from not even on there to 22nd.

Awesome !!!

Great to be on the Top 50 MLBlogs Fan List again … My Blog is basically in the same spot as the last Leader’s List at #28 … Actually, the last list was adjusted three times, moving my blog from #27, to #28, and, finally, to #29 … So, on this current list I moved up one spot !!! … Since I already made a dedication to all three numbers on past lists, my dedication to my #28 ranking on this list will be unique … The New York Yankees have retired the most numbers of any Baseball team; and, on that list, the #8 has been retired “two times” … With this in mind, I dedicate my #28 ranking in the honor of the Yankees two great Hall of Fame catchers, #8 Bill Dickey, and #8 Yogi Berra !!! … Congratulations to all MLBlogs on the “Fan” and “Pro” lists; and, thanks to all who have visited my Blog … All are welcome to visit any time !!! … Jimmy [27NYY]

I am shocked that I’d made the top ten fan blogs at #10. I would like to thank everyone who help put me up that hi, especially as I’m sure that I’ll be going back down just as quickly. So, I’m going to savor the moment. Hmmm!!! Okay, enough savoiring. Now what to do to keep my blog this high in the future. Think, think, think.

Cool, cool, and more cool. #24!

I must say Victorino did a really good job during the whole playoffs with his blog. He deserves that #2 spot.

Cool, I broke the the Top 50.

Red Sox Ramblings:

COOL!! The Padres blog is #21! Keep reading!

Don/Rockpile Ranter: Just look at it as a PR bonus this time since it showed up in the stats that way. 🙂

daisygrace must have friends.

Wow, I took a week off and still showed up at #15. Thank you to all my loyal if somewhat impatient readers. I’m here daily (barring holidays and a vacation) through the hot stove season.

Steve T.

That’s cool. Rockpile Rant made the list twice, #20 and #34. Mark, it’s the same blog can you add them both together and see where it leaves me? Then maybe another blog can make the Fan 50. By the way, how was your little jog?..Thanks everyone for stopping by the Rant…Don

‘Burgh Blues up to #27, woohoo! Keep reading folks.

Good to see you are still alive after the NY Marathon.
I want to thank everyone who went by my little blog from Oct 13-30th and put up over 5,271 hits on my blog site during the Playoffs. I had alot of fun writing about the Tampa Bay Rays, and I hope you enjoyed it too.

With the current rankings, I am again in awe of how you all have let me into the MLBlogs system and really have been impressed and truly touched by some of your comments.

I have the best of both my worlds here…………writing and baseball and I am glad you like my muses enough to put me up to number 7………………Thank you again to everyone, and do not forget I will be writing all the way up to Spring Training and beyond about my hometown Rays.
